Generally speaking, there is a zero refund policy as you have received consultation services, or digitally based services and products that have no physical property to return. In addition, Jabla Consulting Inc. often purchases tools and subscriptions for your account to carry out service. 

If there is a problem with a custom print order, we would love the opportunity to correct your order – but if you truly prefer a refund, we will provide you with a refund for any items that are incorrect.
